The operations which were encouraged by GSK, however, are part of a scheme to make GSK products a household name. The more GSK products are prescribed and used as the only product; a consumer will psychologically demand only GSK products on a second or third visit. The Company may face fines and lawsuits from the government once it is established that the management was involved in the crime, which can result in discontinuation of production.
